The Program settings refer to the basic settings of the program and not to the individual settings for your project. For the project created by you, the project settings are decisive.
Under Extras / Program settings you can access the program settings.
Contains a list of all plug-ins additionally installed which have been installed by additional AquaSoft applications.
Here you can determine how files are supposed to be inserted into a project and how they should be arranged in this project.
Here you will find additional setting options for the user interface of AquaSoft Stages.
AquaSoft Stages from time to time requires temporary disk space on the hard disk. Here you can specify in which directory temporary files may be buffered. A lot off memory is necessary during video creation. If the Temp directory doesn't provide enough space you can specify another directory here.
AquaSoft Stages supports several languages, which you can change here.
Here you can set the intervals at which AquaSoft Stages is supposed to check for updates. This way you always stay up to date. An Internet connection is required for the update check.
Using the Sound Wizard you can record spoken commentaries for your images by means of a microphone connected to your PC. Configure the recording settings here.
Here you can determine which settings will be used for newly inserted image and text objects.

The Sound system takes on the task of playing back the music included in the project. Should you have irregularities when playing back the music, set the setting to Windows Multimedia here and then restart AquaSoft Stages.
Here the recognized CD/DVD/BD writers are shown.
Here you can determine whether backup copies should automatically be generated while you are working on a project. Under File / Open / Restore you can access an earlier status of your work.

In a submenu, you can determine more precisely how the Grid should look like and how the objects are to respond to the Grid.
