The Export Wizard will assist you in burning your finished projects onto a CD/DVD or archiving them, or also saving them as a video, to the hard disk.
You can access the Export Wizard via Wizards / Export Wizard.
Burn
Select this menu item if you would like to record your project onto a CD/DVD.
PC/Data
Select this option if you would like to archive your project and all associated data (images, music) on the hard disk or save it to the hard disk as a video.
If you would like to burn your project onto a CD/DVD, click Burn and then click Open (or double-click CD/DVD).
You now have several possibilities.
Video VCD
Creates an MPEG 1 video and burns it onto a CD as a VCD.
Resolution: 352x288
Video SVCD
Creates an MPEG 2 video and burns it onto a CD as a SVCD.
Resolution: 480x576
Video DVD
Creates an MPEG 2 video and burns it onto a DVD as a video DVD.
Resolution: 720x576
Burn a video already created
Should you already have created the video, you can, in this way, burn the video onto a CD/DVD.
You can find out whether your DVD player plays back VCD and SVCD from the operating manual.
If you encounter difficulties replaying a burned VCD/SVCD/DVD on a DVD-player it can help to reduce the burning speed in the settings for the CD/DVD-burner and/or to change the brand of the CDs/DVDs.
You can find additional information in chapter DVD-player.
Burn a PC-presentation:
With a PC presentation, the images are not converted into a video. This CD/DVD can only be played back on the PC (Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8). These CDs/DVDs are also well suited to archiving a show, since all pieces of music and images incorporated in the project are copied onto the CD/DVD.
Should you only wish to save your show on the PC, without burning it, you can open PC/data in the first step in the Export Wizard.
Grayed-out plug-ins are active only if you have installed the respective software. SlideShow can pass your project or the pictures of your project to other AquaSoft programs via the plug-in system.
The Export Wizard accesses the relevant wizard, according to the task selected. |
